Congressman McClintock, An Open Letter

I did not address the issue of Barrack Obama being eligible for the Presidency in any of my previous blog posts or my book American Revolution 2010. The reason being is I thought that if Obama was not a legitimate candidate for the office of President, the Clinton Machine would have been all over it. They had resources beyond anything I could even imagine. Yet, they did not address the issue. To me that could only mean that it was not a problem for Mr. Obama. As for why Obama would not show proof of his place of birth when pressed to do so by critics, that fit perfectly with his game plan of deliberately agitating We the People. It was just another of many diversions while he worked to force through Obama Care. Now I believe I was mistaken.

Definitions change over time. I don't mean like Clinton's famous "it depends on what the definition of is is." Rather, something like how the meaning of being gay in 1890 changed to what it meant to be gay in 1990. We need to know the definition of “natural born Citizen” when the Constitution was written. It is not relevant what Barrack Obama or Glen Amos uses as a definition today. We can't trust Goggle, Wikipedia or Snopes when it comes to political/progressive issues (check out their political donations and connections). Consider the following:

Emmerich de Vattel’s The Law of Nations, published in 1759 was THE primary reference book used by our Founders of the U. S. Constitution. According to constitutional scholars over the past 200 plus years, it is not possible to overstate the influence of de Vattel’s The Law of Nations as the primary reference book in the drafting of our Constitution. In it, de Vattel wrote, “The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.” Please make special note of the “s” on parents.

In Article 2, Section 1 of our Constitution, it reads, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”

Barrack Obama’s father was NOT a U. S. Citizen. He was a Citizen of the U. K. and/or Kenya. Therefore, Barrack Obama cannot possibly be a natural born Citizen of the United States and is not legally qualified to serve as President of the United States.

Congressman McClintock, you displayed the integrity and fortitude to reprove the President of Mexico when he demeaned the Citizens of Arizona while speaking in our House. If you have proof that my logic is invalid, please explain precisely how this is so, as I seek only the truth. If not, I am asking you to do the difficult thing and fulfill your oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States by calling upon the Secret Service to remove Mr. Obama from the office of President as rapidly as possible.

Glen A. Amos

  1. Thank You Glen for your Faithful Service to America, and IT'S Constitution ! We must get this Issue Settled, i have written Jim DeMint along this same issue this wk, and mentioned to him that now the Tea Party should get involve in the Matter. The Tea Party did fight for the way Un=Constitutional Legislation has been forced on Americans, and now the Source of these Actions should be Investigated ! i Hope Jim give me an answer. These Issues are very important to me....and Thanks Again..stan

  2. This is the first real proof that I've seen on this issue, cut and dry. Now, how do we get America to care? One angry American at a time, that's how! We can not allow this to remain a non-issue. Patriots: Spend some time everyday calling or writing your representatives. Or if your representatives are hopelessly lost as are those in my district, write someone whom may actually support the Constitution outside of your district. But do not do nothing!

  3. Following up on "don't do nothing", here is a phone number that will get you right to the White House switch board operator: 202-224-3121

Simply ask to be transferred to your representative's office and make your voice heard. I have reached a live person on every call. I believe that the squeaky wheel gets the grease and that our calls do matter. Call me naive but even if an inundation of phone calls forces a positive reaction just to put an end to my annoying calls, it's about results, isn't it? Make the call!

  4. Stan and Carl, thank you for your comments.

I have not had any response from Congressman McClintock, not even an acknowledgment. I expect to see him next Friday at a social event. I am curious to see if he avoids me or seeks me out.
